Answer:
You need to know about the hiccups (Hiccup) is a form of diaphragm a sudden movement, beyond our will towards the abdominal cavity. It is caused, therefore aroused something that causes us to draw breath suddenly and rapidly. Thus, in the end the air which is inhaled through the trachea (part of the respiratory tract) before, hitting the vocal cords that will lead to sound “hiiiik” at the time of the hiccups.
Diaphragm itself is woven, dome-shaped muscle, curved towards the chest cavity that also functions as a separator above the chest cavity, the abdominal cavity underneath.
Motion diaphragm sudden, the impact on the rapid deep breathing stimulated by:
-Eat / drink swallow too fast / rush / too much.
-Stimulation of the throat, swallowing air as smoke.
-Stimulation of gastric / stomach temperature changes, e.g. after drinking cold then hot.
-Alcohol, emotions such as nervousness, anxiety, and so on
Hiccups usually last a moment or several minutes. If then the condition lasts long, it is necessary to look for other causes.
How to resolve hiccups that can be done, among others:
-Hold breath as if we dive.
Sucking the sugar-sand that is placed under the tongue, repeated 3x in interval 2 minutes.
-Surprised as excitatory motor.
-Pulling tongue firmly.
In this case, the hiccups have to get serious attention if the following conditions prevail:
Takes place within a period of more than 3 hours
Accompanied by other symptoms, such as: abdominal pain, fever, shortness of breath, vomiting or coughing blood
With regard to the abnormalities ribs / chest cavity, surely it would somewhat affect the shape / volume of your lungs so easily infected, shortness of breath, sputum out many yellow / green. In this needs to be done to understand the shape Rontgen examination and the impact of your bone disorders.
As for the complaint in the form of low back pain right side, could be due to problems related to the right kidney or even may also not associated with kidney problems. Usually the doctor will check your blood & urine laboratory. It may also be examined with ultrasound. All of that to determine whether or not related to the kidneys.
