“There is no evidence that long-term Botox works as a preventative, nor is there any permission to use it,” said Dr. McKeown, as reported by Dailymail. Meanwhile, scientists from the University of Calgary, Canada, has shown that Botox injections can cause sagging muscles, loss of muscle mass, muscle mass and replacement with fat.
